If something isn’t right.

Every band is made to order from braided leather or paracord, PLA beads and stainless clasps, and we stand behind the work. Here’s what’s covered and how to sort it out.

30-day returns and exchanges

Within 30 days of delivery you can return or exchange a band for the wrong size, a change of mind, a colour or symbol chosen by mistake at checkout, or a manufacturing fault.

  • The band must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • Beads with a name or a custom symbol can be exchanged for the same band if unworn, but they can’t always be refunded, because they were made for you.
  • Return postage is yours unless the band arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered.

One-year craftsmanship warranty

For a year from delivery we cover faults in the making: a faulty clasp, a bead that cracks or fails without impact or heat, incorrect assembly, or a cord end that comes apart.

Not covered: damage from improper care, water on leather, heat on the beads (a hot car will do it), excessive force or accidental breakage, and normal wear.

Leather

Leather is a natural material and softens and ages with wear. Drying, cracking, stretching or colour change from water, sweat or sun, damage from bending or twisting, and stains from lotions, perfume or sunscreen aren’t covered, and a return may be refused if a band shows wear or water damage.

Paracord

Fraying from sharp abrasion, melting from heat and fading from long sun exposure aren’t covered. Paracord is tough, so most claims are quick to assess.

Clasps

The 304 and 316 stainless steel clasps are covered against mechanical failure and corrosion under normal use, but not impacts, deep scratches or corrosion from harsh chemicals.

How to make a claim

Send us a message through the contact page with your order number, a couple of photos and a line on what’s happened. We’ll come back to you within two or three business days with the next step.

What happens next

If the band is covered we’ll repair it, replace it with an identical one (same colours, bead and size), or offer store credit if a replacement isn’t possible. Custom beads are remade with the original symbol or text. Return postage is free for approved warranty claims and for bands that arrived damaged or incorrect.
