Shipping within Australia

Orders over $50 ship free anywhere in Australia. Under $50, shipping is a flat $10.

Every band is made to order in our workshop on the Central Coast, NSW. Ready-to-wear bands are dispatched within 2–3 business days; customised bands, and any bead with a name or a custom symbol, within 5–7 business days. We send a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Parcels go with Australia Post or our preferred courier and usually arrive 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International postage is calculated at checkout from your destination, and free shipping doesn’t apply outside Australia.

Bands are light, so the postage barely changes when you add more to the parcel. If you’re ordering from overseas, it’s worth adding a band or two for friends or family in the same order: one postage charge instead of several.

International parcels usually arrive 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, and are tracked wherever the service allows. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by your country and are your responsibility; they aren’t included in our prices.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, send us a message through the contact page with your order number and we’ll chase it up with the carrier. Returns and exchanges are covered in our warranty and returns page.
